  • People who want a social environment to exercise in alongside others

What is great about our group classes:

  • A great place to socialise and meet others
  • Ensure you adhere to your weekly exercises and remain motivated
  • Improve your strength, balance and movement
  • Ensure your exercises are completed with proper technique
  • A great challenge for you to progress
  • Recover from operations such as total knee and total hip replacements
  • Help you to improve your confidence
  • More affordable than 121 sessions
  • Each class is small and therefore individualised to your needs

Our class members have gone on to feel much more confident during excursions on holidays in countries like South Africa or simply feel more confident and able to do their everyday activities.

During your 121 assessment with a Physiotherapist, they will assess the appropriateness of the class for your current needs and ability level. If your Physiotherapist determines the class is not appropriate for you. They will discuss the options with you, which may include some one to one sessions to work towards joining the class, or whether we can start a new class if we can ensure the demand is there.
