Tom and the team at Limitless physio are extremely welcoming, putting you at ease as soon as you step in the building. They listen to the problem and then carry out a full assessment on strengths and weaknesses within the body. Tailored exercises are given with exactly how many reps to do and how to progress the exercise to get stronger.

Limitless has been a game changer! Everyone is super friendly and Tom has always tailored sessions to focus on my specific needs and goals. I have and am continuing to see so much improvement in my strength and performance since starting here a few years ago. I couldn’t recommend it enough for the hard work that’s put in to create such a positive and helpful environment - I couldn’t fault anything!
