Not only was Alex lovely, but he listened carefully to everything I had to say & was able to recommend lots of different exercises to help with severe joint pain. These were exercises I could do anytime & anywhere, meaning I could really get the benefit from them when my pain was at its worst. I’ve had physio before & not found it of much help, but Alex has been brilliant & I now wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Posted on Google Daniel ShawTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Signed up for London Marathon and very quickly came down with shin splints, unable to run 5k pain free. Booked in with Alex for an assessment, and he was fantastic! He put together a rehab plan that focused on the root cause, to improve my running mechanics and strength. I worked hard on the program Alex put together and doing so meant I could start my marathon plan pain free. And I finished London yesterday! Say no more! The guidance I’ve had from Alex will benefit my running journey indefinitely! Can’t recommend enough!Posted on Google Jayson SpiersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I applied for the Manchester Marathon in April 2025 and while training during couch to 5k I injured my Hamstring in August and it never fully healed so in early October I went Limitless Physio to work with Alex and a week later I was able to start slow progress running without any pain. I continued to do sessions about every 3 weeks for weight trading and exercise to prevent injury’s. I stuck with the exercise program I got given and kept pushing myself. Now April 2026 I ran my first marathon in under 5 hours and my body felt great throughout. Ive even felt confident enough to go and do it all again in 2027.Posted on Google Harry RanceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex was great, couldn’t recommend enough!Posted on Google Susan SableTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I saw Alex end of December 2025 - amazing how he dealt with my issue & within no time I was back to playing Padel. Limitless’s physios are excellent as they get you doing exercises slowly & they do a programme for you which they send through to you on your phone/iPad & do your exercises at home. Very important to continue with exercises given by the physios to get yourself out of your pain & back to being fit. Thank you Alex.Posted on Google Max SlTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been so impressed with the support that I have had from Alex. He has worked with me to rehab my injury with a planned programme to get me back running as soon and as safety as possible.Posted on Google Susan BurbageTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Following fracture of the femur, hip and knee pain significantly reduced thanks to massages by Charlotte, as well as recommended exercises for which she supplied videos with instructions. Good location in New Milton with free parking nearby.Posted on Google Dean HurstTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex was by far the best and most effective Physio I have ever seen. The exercises and routines he gave me really worked and I started to see improvement week on week. What really helps is Alex explains exactly why I needed to do each exercise, how progress will occur and the steps to full recovery. Understanding the process really helped. Obviously I hope I don't need to go back again, but should I need a Physio, I will definitely go back to Alex.Posted on Google Fiona FreemanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been seeing Alex for a while about TMJ disorder and a painful shoulder and have found his advice invaluable, plus he's so nice!Posted on Google Dunc WelshTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. the week before Christmas i pulled my back , doctor had put me on pain relief but i could barely walk and in constant pain. Managed to get an appointment with charlotte who assessed my back and clearly explained what was wrong, and set a gentle programme of exercises . I've now had 5 visits and my back is good as its ever been , each visit new exercises were set , then emailed to me or you can see it on an app if you wish . All appointments were confirmed by email and reminders sent , the treatment i have received has been excellent and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending Limitless Physiotherapy & Performance .Posted on Google Google rating score: 5.0 of 5,

Frequently Asked Questions
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future.
Your Initial Assessment will be up to 45 minutes long. We take the time to get to know your story, complete a thorough movement assessment and explain your findings, as well as develop your individualised step by step rehabilitation plan. In any remaining time, we can then get started with the treatment and rehabilitation. For more complex presentations, the treatment and rehabilitation may commence at your first follow-up appointment.
Your physiotherapist will discuss this with you after your initial assessment. This will depend on your diagnosis, assessment findings and goals. Typically, our patients achieve their goals within 5-10 sessions.
You do not need to be referred by a doctor to come and see one of our therapists. Our highly trained therapists will complete a comprehensive assessment, and if necessary, they can refer you to your GP for further assessment. If you have already seen your GP or consultant, it is useful to bring any notes with you to your initial assessment.
All of our therapists are highly qualified and trained to an extremely high standard to ensure that they can help anyone with any of their health, fitness and injury needs. If there are situations which we feel a certain therapist will be more appropriate for you, we will inform you of this before your appointment or throughout your treatment plan.
Wear something comfortable and appropriate for the area of your injury to be assessed thoroughly e.g. shorts for a knee injury or a vest top for a shoulder injury. Your modesty will be respected at all times and we can use towels to cover you up when needed.
If you have a current painful area of the body or injury, we advise you to book in for an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment. This will help us to ensure that sports massage therapy is an appropriate treatment modality for your presenting complaint. If there are any doubts, one of our therapists can speak to you before booking your appointment.
