I attended Limitless Physio for an appointment with Ellie to address some shoulder issues. There is good parking available and the premises are easily located. I was kindly welcomed in with a coffee also! Ellie was fantastic, combining a very professional approach with an incredibly personable manner to deliver a great service. During the hour long appointment Ellie gave me the opportunity to discuss the issues I had been having and she was very thorough with her questions to help make it a very individualised assessment. I've recently sought help from Limitless Physiotherapy & Performance for a painful tendon problem in my shoulder that was impeding my ability to pursue my pastime sport. Tom Gaunt quickly identified the problem using diagnostics and after some manipulation, set me on a course of exercises to strengthen the shoulder. Fast forward six weeks and, what was a difficult tendon injury is now completely healed. I went to see Tom after a flare up of recurring neck pain. He fully assessed me, found what was causing the problem and gave me an exercise program taking me right back to basics initially then building me back up over a number of weeks. Each appointment he reassessed and added new exercises. I am continuing the plan and hope this prevents a flare up in the future. Tom is very professional, knowledgeable and approachable, he listens to your goals and ecncourages your progress. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with him and would definitely recommend him.
