Physio-Led Group Classes
At Limitless Physiotherapy and Performance, we’re committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals through our tailored personal training programmes.
What We Can Help With
Our Physio-led Group Classes are a great way to challenge yourself to complete some more challenging exercises under the supervision of your therapist, whilst enjoying the social side of being in a small class. These are for a maximum of 4 people per class, which ensures you get lots of individualised exercise that is tailored towards your specific goals.
A lot of our Physiotherapy patients who successfully complete their rehabilitation plan then go on to join one of our classes. They can then ensure that they continue to exercise and challenge themselves on a weekly basis, whilst maintaining the motivation to exercise.
We have one class that runs on a Monday at 11am, with our Physiotherapist Alex. This class is a full body exercise class that helps you to improve your strength, movement & balance.
Our second class runs on a Wednesday at 11:30am, with our Physiotherapist Tom. This class is a full body exercise class that helps you to improve your strength, movement & balance.
Our class members have gone on to feel much more confident during excursions on holidays in countries like South Africa or simply feel more confident and able to do their everyday activities.
What is great about our group classes:
- A great place to socialise and meet others
- Ensure you adhere to your weekly exercises and remain motivated
- Improve your strength, balance and movement
- Ensure your exercises are completed with proper technique
- A great challenge for you to progress
- Recover from operations such as total knee and total hip replacements
- Help you to improve your confidence
- More affordable than 121 sessions
- Each class is small and therefore individualised to your needs
A 121 assessment with a Physiotherapist is needed prior to you starting the class. This is to assess the appropriateness of the class for your current needs and ability level. If your Physiotherapist determines the class is not appropriate for you. They will discuss the options with you, which may include some one to one sessions to work towards joining the class, or whether we can start a new class if we can ensure the demand is there.
We are always looking to start new group classes, so if you and your friends or family are interested, please enquire to discuss this further with a member of the team.
