Exercise analysis (As needed, I can review your technique and performance in your exercises to ensure you are executing your exercises properly and you see safe, consistent progress week on week.
Daily & Weekly Support (We will check in via video messages once weekly to review your progress, make adjustments and keep you on track. You can also message daily if you need any support throughout the week).
