Shoulder Injuries
The shoulder joint is an important joint and has a lot of available movements. It is the most unstable joint in the body.
The shoulder joint relies largely on the muscles around the shoulder.
The rotator cuff muscle group provides a lot of stability for the shoulder joint. This is a group of four muscles and tendons, including the infraspinatus, supraspinatus, teres minor and subscapularis.
Injuries to the shoulder joint are common and can include the following:
- Ligament Sprains (i.e. AC Joint Sprain)
- Rotator Cuff Injuries and Tendinopathies
- Sub-acromial pain syndrome
- Frozen Shoulder/Adhesive Capsulitis
- Muscle and Ligament Tears
- Biceps Tendon Injuries
- Shoulder Dislocations or Subluxations
- Fractures of the humerus or collar bone
- Glenohumeral Joint Arthritis
- Superior Labrum from Anterior to Posterior (SLAP) tears

“I can't praise Limitless highly enough. November 2022 I was struggling to lift a kettle due to a rotator cuff injury. March 2023 I am lifting 3kg weights. Very professional and knowledgeable at all times. Their fitness classes are great too…”
