Personal Trainer/Coach

Ryan is soon-to-be physiotherapy graduate with over six years of experience as a personal trainer and a background in sports massage. He is passionate about helping people move well, train smart, and build confidence in their bodies—whether that’s through rehab, strength work, or simply feeling better day to day.

Outside of work, he is a big fan of testing the limits—taking on challenges like completing a triathlon and with a teammate, box-jumping the height of Everest in under 16 hours. But more than anything, I enjoy finding new ways each year to learn, grow, and stay active. My goal is to bring that same mindset into the way I support others—through practical, down-to-earth guidance rooted in both experience and evidence.

Ryan enjoys the simple things in life, going for walks, being in nature (normally looking for a golf ball in the woods) and spending quality time with friends and family.
