Limitless Health Hub Terms & Conditions

Limitless Health Hub Christchurch Terms & Conditions 
 
These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Limitless Health Hub (Registered Company Name Christchurch Physiotherapy Ltd, company number: 16202549 ) and you (the member or trialist).
 
Usage
 
Our 28 day trial, introductory offers and memberships cannot be shared.
 
Age
 
The trialist or member confirms that they are 18 years old or older. For those aged 16 or 17 years old, exceptions may be granted based on written consent from parent or guardian. We cannot allow people under the age of 16 years of age unless it is a specific under 16’s class we put on.
 
Health
 
The trialist or member confirms they are not suffering from health problems that would hinder exercise appropriateness or prevent them from engaging in exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to their health, safety or physical condition if they did perform exercise. If there is any doubt surrounding this, the trialist or member shall seek advice by a medical professional/doctor who should confirm or reject the ability to exercise at the present time.
Limitless Health Hub (Registered Company Name Christchurch Physiotherapy Ltd) have no obligation to perform a fitness or movement assessment if it is determined from your health screening and history that it is not appropriate to do so at the current time.
Any assessment completed at Limitless Health Hub will be done for the purpose of personalising your exercise programme and/or track progress throughout the programme. It will not be a diagnostic medical assessment.
 
Liability
 
Each trialist and member of Limitless Health Hub shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by the trialist or member on Limitless Health Hub Premises. If there are any costs involved in any damages it shall be the obligation of the trialist or member to pay for any costs involved.
 
Waiver of Liability
 
Any and all use of the Limitless Health Hub facilities shall be trialists and members own risk at all times. The trialist or member should not utilise any equipment unless he/she knows the appropriate usage and has been instructed on how to use the equipment. Limitless Health Hub shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact or damages to the trialists or members, or the property owned by the trialists, or be subject to any claims arising out of the use of the premises/gym and/or the equipment made available to the users within the premises/gym.
 
Lost Property
 
Limitless Health Hub does not accept any responsibility for loss or theft of any personal items within the premises. Any items or possessions left on the premises will only be kept for a maximum of four weeks before being disposed of.
 
Code of Conduct
 
We want to provide the best possible environment and experience for our clients, trialists and members at Limitless Health Hub. To ensure we can do this, we ask all of our customers to follow our code of conduct, listed below. This ensures we can provide a great place for people to move, exercise and visit and it ensures the safety of all of our trialists, members and staff.
  • All clients must have an initial 121 evaluation session
  • Please store all bags and possessions in the shelves at the entrance area.
  • Appropriate sportswear and footwear must be worn at all times.
  • Glass bottles are not permitted in the gym at any time.
  • Food consumption is prohibited in the gym premises at all times.
  • The use of alcohol or the use of drugs/illegal substances is prohibited at all times.
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the premises.
  • We do not tolerate foul or abusive language to our trialists/members or team at any time.
  • The equipment should only be used for its intended use.
  • You should not use any equipment unless you have been clearly instructed on how to use it.
  • You must report any malfunctions with equipment to a staff member immediately.
If there is any failure to follow the above code of conduct it may result in the immediate termination of your membership with no refund entitlement. We want to ensure Limitless Health Hub is a safe and friendly environment for all.
 
Suspension/Termination
 
If the trialist or member behaves in a way that breaches the above code of conduct, the trial or membership may be terminated at the sole discretion of the management.
 
Access
 
Members and trialists will only be permitted access to the premises during our opening hours. Our class times are available to be found at our online booking system.
 
Payment
 
The trialist or member is responsible for the payment of the 28 day trial and membership fee. The 28 day trial is a one off fee. There is no ongoing commitment to Limitless Health Hub Services after the 28 day trial, unless the trialist wants to join on a membership basis. If they join on a membership basis, the membership terms and conditions will become active for the member at this stage. The sessions agreed within the trial or membership payment must be used within the month of purchase, unless otherwise agreed by management due to specific circumstances.
 
Monthly Rolling Agreement
 
If you sign up to be a member of Limitless Health Hub, the first month’s payment or pro rata amount will be paid at the point of the agreement made. Any future monthly payments will be paid on the 1st of every month. After the 3 month initial commitment period, to cancel any future payments, we require a minimum of one full calendar months notice, to include all payments scheduled to be made within this month.
 
If the payment is late after it has been scheduled to be taken, the member will receive a reminder email from Limitless Health Hub.
 
Satisfaction Guarantee
 
Within 7 days of the start of the membership with Limitless Health Hub, the member can cancel his or hers membership free of charge and will receive a full reimbursement, minus any card transaction fees associated with the payment.
 
Pausing Memberships
 
You will be unable to pause your membership unless exceptional circumstances allow this, which will be decided upon by our management team.
 
Changing Your Membership
 
You can upgrade your membership at any time. However, you will be unable to downgrade your membership without providing at least one full calendar months notice.

Wellness Class Membership
 
Our Wellbeing Class Membership details can be found athttp://www.limitlessphysio.co.uk
 
We have a 3 month initial commitment to our wellbeing class memberships to ensure that you have enough time to see some progress from your class sessions. After the 3 month period, you will be on a rolling monthly contract. We will need one full calendar months notice to cancel your membership.
For example, if you cancel on 7th January, your membership will continue for the payment term and the cancellation will take effect from February, with the last payment being taken on 1st February. You will be able to use your membership until the end of February.
 
Renewal and Cancellation
 
All ongoing memberships with Limitless Health Hub require a minimum 3 month commitment, which will be paid monthly. After the 3 month commitment, the membership will then have a rolling monthly agreement with no fixed contract term. To cancel your membership, we require at least one full calendar months notice.
If you cancel on 7th January, your membership will continue for the payment term and the cancellation will take effect from February, with the last payment being taken on 1st February. You will be able to use your membership until the end of February.
If your payments are paid via direct debit, you must notify us in writing via email atcontact@limitlessphysio.co.uk to cancel and not cancel your direct debit.
 
Early Cancellation Reasons
 
We will grant an early cancellation to your membership if you are moving more than 10 miles away from Limitless Health Hub and can provide evidence of this move, with an official document being provided. We will also allow exceptional circumstances for early cancellation for medical reasons, with a valid medical certificate from a healthcare professional or doctor.
 
Price Rises
 
Prices will increase annually in line with the rate of inflation.
 
Credit Use
 
Credits must be used within the month of purchase. For example if you purchase a 2 session per week package, the 8 sessions must be used within that calendar month. If you miss a week, you can join an additional session in two separate weeks subject to class space availability.
