Our Individualised Programmes are designed by our experienced coaches & physios and is proven to ensure you can start to perform at your best both in and outside of the gym.
 
We are a small group personal training gym that provides you with a challenging and safe environment to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing. We ensure we only have up to 6 people per session, which ensures we can individualise your training and programme to be specific to your individual needs and goals.
 
Whether you are new to exercise and fitness, we will help and support you to achieve your goals.

What does our 28 day trial include?

  • Introductory 121 Session which will include a review of your current and past health and medical history, as well as a detailed movement assessment by our Physiotherapists/Coaches

  • Support with Individualised Goal Setting, Nutrition Guidance and Accountability/Check Ins

  • Access to 8 Personal Training Sessions per month
Train 2 times per week in a coach-led setting for less than the cost of less than 4 one to one personal training sessions.

Every Small Group Personal Training session is coach led in a small group of up to a maximum of 6 people. The programming is completed by our own coaches and physios who have years of experience and a proven track record of success with hundreds of clients. Our team will support you on your journey and ensure you remain accountable and motivated throughout, in order to achieve your goals.

If you enjoyed your experience in the 28 day trial you can transition into becoming a Limitless Member. If you decide it’s not for you, there’s no hard feelings and our team will be happy to guide you on the next steps of your health & fitness journey.
