We are a small group personal training gym that provides you with a challenging and safe environment to improve your health, fitness and wellbeing. We ensure we only have up to 6 people per session, which ensures we can individualise your training and programme to be specific to your individual needs and goals.
 
Whether you are new to exercise and fitness, we will help and support you to achieve your goals.

Come and Try our Expert Personal Training Programme and Transform your Life, Fitness & Wellbeing

In your first month with us, you will receive the following

  1. Introductory 121 Session which will include a review of your current and past health and medical history, as well as a detailed movement assessment by our Physiotherapists/Coaches.
  2. Support with Individualised Goal Setting and Accountability/Check Ins as Needed.
  3. Nutrition Guidance if Required
  4. 8 Personal Training Sessions Per Month

Train 2 times per week in an expert coach-led setting for less than the cost of less than 4 one to one personal training sessions.

Every Small Group Personal Training session is coach led in a small group of up to a maximum of 4-6 people. The programming is completed by our own coaches and physios who have years of experience and a proven track record of success with hundreds of clients. Our team will support you on your journey and ensure you remain accountable and motivated throughout, in order to achieve your goals.

If you enjoyed your experience in your first month with us you can transition into becoming a Limitless Member. If you decide it’s not for you, there’s no hard feelings and our team will be happy to guide you on the next steps of your health & fitness journey.

Beyond your first month is where the real progress and life changing results will be seen. The foundations will be set in the first few weeks and you will be ready to start gradually pushing yourself more and gain real momentum with your health & fitness results.

As a member, you will also receive additional benefits like invites to our social sessions and workshops on topics of member interests, which may include strength training during menopause or how to reduce back pain.
