About Pilates

Pilates is a great form of whole body exercise that aims to improve your flexibility, strength, balance and posture. It can help greatly with your body awareness, help to reduce stress and pain and help with your
overall wellbeing.

Our pilates classes are suitable for people wanting to improve their strength, movement and flexibility. If you’re new to pilates, we would recommend starting with our beginners pilates class. Our classes are in a small group which ensures your instructor can provide individualised attention and focus when required.

Our pilates classes are mixed ability, meaning it doesn’t matter if you’re an avid pilates goer or you’re new to pilates, our expert instructor will guide and support you throughout, tailoring any movements towards your individual needs and ability levels.

Frequently Asked Questions

We will send you a health questionnaire to your email address to complete before your session. This is so
we can ensure we know everything about your current and past health and medical history.

Clothing that allows you to move with ease and clothing that is comfortable. A lot of people tend to do the
exercise barefoot but you can wear grippy socks if you would prefer. You may want to bring a water bottle
and a towel too.

You are welcome to bring your own mat if you would like, but we do provide mats at the classes.
